Carrie and Joe’s engagement session was a DREAM! The location, the light, the couple – all three were exceptionally gorgeous on this day. Not only were Carrie and Joe super laid back and down for anything as far as photos go, but they were just a blast to hang out with in general. The Lake Elmo Park Reserve has such a wide range of locations to shoot – all full of nature and beautiful light! We had the *best* dreamy sunset light – it was golden hour at it’s finest.

These two made our jobs SO easy with their choice of attire – Carrie, with her beautiful dress, and Joe, with his sharp suit coat. They dressed so well, and each photo came out fantastic. We love how those flowy dresses photograph! To cap the evening, they shared a bottle of champagne on a cozy blanket. We love when our couples bring props like this – it makes it so fun to add in something new!
