This wedding had us swooning! The way the sun beamed through the yellow autumn leaves during the ceremony, the amazing golden hour light shining over the lake, and the amazing way Kara matched her florals and wedding party with all of the trees and colors?! It was all too perfect. It was sincerely a photographer’s dream. Wow.
Kara and Brady were married at the Chart House in Lakeville, MN – a venue with an absolutely gorgeous garden looking over the lake. Every detail was so amazing. Kara looked so beautiful in her big dress with beautiful layers. Brady looked so sharp in his Navy-Blue suit. The whole wedding party had different shades of blue on, which were the perfect accent to the lake and the fall leaves in the background.
I met Kara when we were in college at Winona State. We didn’t actually meet at college, though, we met while working at an apple orchard! It’s obvious that I couldn’t wait to incorporate some apples into their detail shots! Kara has always been so much fun and so kind. I was so excited when she asked if we could talk about me shooting her wedding photos. Meeting Brady and hearing their stories, it was very clear that these two are perfect for each other. They are both so laid back. So go with the flow type of people. And they have a rescue puppy just like us!
Kara and Brady, we love you guys so much. Not only was your wedding day just stunning, but you two were so calm and had so much fun all day. You two are such a perfect match. We are so honored to have captured this day for you and we hope you love reliving this day through your photos! 🙂
