We just got back from a long week in California – exploring the coast, hiking Yosemite, and lounging in Napa Valley! We had so much fun. We explored, we hiked, we ate a ton of food. Who knew the food in Napa Valley may even be better than the wine?! We definitely ate more oysters than we ever have.

Traveling has that effect on you that makes you love being home even more. We missed our pups and our bed so much by the end of our trip, and it is so nice to be back. It was amazing to have a refresh and we are so grateful to be back home and doing what we love. Speaking of being grateful to be home – we even came back to some amazing weather, making us realize, hey, maybe where we live isn’t so bad! We even discovered a new awesome place close to home because of this beautiful engagement session!

The Minnesota Landscape Arboretum is stunning. We really can’t believe we haven’t been there before. There were so many different types of gardens. Flower colors. Smells. And just cool stuff! You could spend an entire day exploring the grounds. Aubrey and Jesse got engaged at the Arboretum. It was so fun to relive their proposal and see exactly where it all happened.

Aubrey and Jesse, you two are the cutest. You are both so kind. We had such a blast with you two and getting to know you! We appreciate you trusting us, making you do some (what feels like) crazy things in front of a whole lot of people! But you killed it! We loved hearing all about your weddings plans. Can’t wait to party it up for your big day this October!
